The sour surprise

As I opened my eyes I saw the round, wet object dripping into my hands.

When I felt the object it felt wet and squishy. it felt like an orange but it was not an orange. The skin was rough and bumpy it felt soft but hard.

The object smelled weird, strong and sour. I didn't want to eat it but I had to.   

I tasted the sourness of the object and it tasted really weird and sticky. It tasted gross and bitter. The taste was strong as well, it left a mark on my taste buds.

The object looked yellow and I can see the seeds and the skin of the object. The object was a semicircle. After I tasted it I looked at it and I regretted eating it.

The object was a lemon a sour bitter wet yellow gross soft rough lemon.

We did an inquiry presentation about real life superheroes this term. My superhero was Jack Hinton.

metaphor poem

We have been learning how to write metaphors in writing. I wrote this poem about myself. We had to describe ourselves as a lolly, tree, vehicle, something in our community, sandwich, and a piece of clothing.
